We attempt to take most of the trade that we recommend. I, myself and everyone at TraderPick has a substantial amount of money invested in QPIX strategy managed fund. We have our money where our mouth is.

How do I upgrade my e-mail address or personal information?
Please e-mail our Support Center with all new information's and we will make the corrections

How do I upgrade my Monthly Membership Plan to Yearly Plan?
Please go to Membership Subscription Order page and click on the Subscriptions link located in the left of fee schedule. All fees will be adjusted.

If I sign up now, when will I be charge the subscription fees?
Subscription will start as soon as we received your payment.

How do I cancel my Free Trial?
Please e-mail our Support Center anytime during the free trial.

How do I cancel my current Monthly membership?
Please e-mail our Support Center. The Monthly Membership Fee is nonrefundable, but your Membership will be cancel at the end of 30 days.

How do I cancel my current Yearly membership?
Please e-mail our Support Center. The Yearly Membership Fee is nonrefundable, but your Membership will be cancel at the end of one year anniversary.

How do I remove my name from e-mail distribution list?
Please e-mail our Support Center with title opt-out and your e-mail address.

How much does your service cost?

Should I use a market or limit order to buy or to sell stocks?
In General, we use limit orders to buy or to sell. Please read carefully the e-mail alert for instructions and strategy.

I have read the e-mail Alert but still don't understand?
Please e-mail our Support Center, with your questions and I will personally help with the matter.

How do I use TraderPick system? What should I trade?
All trades base on opening price. We use limit order to initiate the long or short positions, otherwise it will be noted in the e-mail Alert.

When do I receive the e-mail alert?
You will receive the e-mail alert between 9 PM the night before until 6 am in the morning if it is available on that day.

When do I receive the Weekly e-mail Alert?
You will receive Weekly e-mail Alert 6 am on Sunday to 6 am Monday morning when it is available on that week.

Do I have access to Member Only page on TraderPick website?
All current Member have access to Member Only page on the website.

What will be the content of the Member Only page?
We post the Weekly Market View, links to all past and current opening positions and links to all trading strategies.

What are the markets that you trade?
There are QPIX(QQQQ), MDYPIX(MDY) SP400 SPDR, DIAPIX(DIA) and SPYPIX(SPY) SP500.

Please explain your trading System?
All systems can be initiate on any day during the week and use limit order at the opening price. It usually traded min 6 times a year. It is a price analysis combined with technical analysis approach. The system tested on a significant price pattern with statistical behavior approach and a high degree of certainty.

You do not need to watch the market all day or worry about the intraday price movement. Once you give the order to your broker based on the instruction that you received from the alert, you do not need to know what the market is doing at all.

Are you using a Stop-Loss?
Stop-loss only be use when it is noted on the alert, otherwise it is not recommended.

I have different entry and exit price than the record on your website?
Everyone will have different entry and exit price. It depends on many factors such as traders experienced, execution speed, brokers capabilities and availability of the stocks at the particular time. It should be very minimum and will not affect the profit.

What will be the most important thing to successfully trade your system?
Discipline, discipline and discipline. Read and study the alert very carefully. Do your due diligence. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to ask before you put your money in them.

Do you calculate the slippage and commission on your track record on your website?
No. We do not calculate the slippage and commissions.
